Troubleshooting

Common issues

My antivirus flags the client.

Only download from links on this page and compare the checksum. If it matches, you can add the game folder as an exclusion. Never disable protection globally.

The patcher is stuck.

Run it as administrator, check your firewall, and make sure no other copy of the game is running.

The game crashes on start.

Install the latest DirectX and Visual C++ runtimes, update GPU drivers and try compatibility mode.

Can I play on Mac or Linux?
